How do I add a user?

Adding a user depends on your platform configuration.

HRIS integrated

For Together platforms that are integrated with your company’s core HR information system, all user information comes from the core HRIS. If your platform is integrated, you cannot manually add a user through Together. Instead, you should add the new user to your core HRIS. Users are then synced daily from your HR system to Together.

CSV

If your user data is added via uploading a csv, then you will need to upload a new csv to add new users. The new csv should have the same fields as the original upload. However, the rows of the data can either be only new users, or it can include both old and new users. Upon uploading, the platform will identify new users to add and make updates to existing users.
