How do I edit the dossier (registration questionnaire)?

First, navigate to the dossier editor. To do so, click “Edit Dossier” in the left hand panel within the administrator portal. Once on the dossier editor page you will see a list of collapsed panels that control the questions that appear to your end-users in the registration process.

The icon to the left of each question panel indicates the question status. The status will be one of the following:

  • Green check-mark: this question is part of your registration flow and all required inputs have been provided
  • Grey no sign: this question is disabled and does not appear in your registration process
  • Yellow warning sign: this question is part of your registration process. Default values have been inputted, but we recommend you review these inputs.
  • Red warning sign: this question is part of your registration process. However, it is missing required information.
