Once mentoring is turned on and pairings have started to run, all mentors and mentees that have been paired will appear in the "Adjust Pairings" screen in the admin portal. From here, you can review the pairings, make changes and finalize pairings. To finalize the pairings you can either click the green checkmark on an individual pairing card or click the "run now" on the blue pop-up along the bottom left. You can also make manual changes to the pairings by using the trash can (to remove a pairing) or the "add" button to create a new pairing. Note that the platform will still enforce any constraints on the number of mentees a mentor can have.
